Southern Alberta is sending off the largest slate of nominees ever to the country's largest innovation prize, the Manning Innovation Awards. The $100,000 top purse, plus $25,000 and $10,000 awards, are given each year to individuals in Canada who have demonstrated recent innovative talent and successfully marketed their innovations.
The southern Alberta nominees were recognized at a reception hosted by Cybera, the Alberta sponsor of the Manning Innovation Awards. Photos from the event can be found on the Cybera Facebook page.
